


Lumpia Rolling Workshop - April 15
Discover the art of making lumpia, the beloved Filipino spring roll, in this hands-on workshop! Participants will learn the techniques for preparing and rolling lumpia, gaining insights into traditional recipes and methods. Whether you're a seasoned cook or a beginner, this workshop is sure to inspire your culinary creativity!
In this class, we will focus most of our time in rolling and frying the perfect lumpia. There will be an interactive demonstration on how to make the traditional lumpia shanghai filling while the longganisa and chickpea filling will already be made.
We will be rolling 3 different lumpia flavors:
Traditional Lumpia Shanghai (beef/pork/shrimp)
Longganisa Lumpia
Chickpea Sisig Lumpia
Each participant will roll up to 18 long sticks of lumpia and will vacuum seal 6 of what is rolled to take home.
We will eat a lot of lumpia AND dinner will be provided (rice, salads, 2 Filipino food entrees)
Each ticket purchased is for 1 attendee and includes all ingredients for lumpia, food, recipe folder, and soda or tea of choice.
